K-Tuned Timing Chain Tensioners

The K-Tuned Timing Chain Tensioner was designed in conjunction with an oem parts manufacturer and features an upgraded internal spring to support the use of higher lift cams in modified K engines. We have also built the tensioner with reduced overall travel, which will keep it tight against the chain at all times and won't allow it to back off as much as the stock unit. We will be offering a rebuild service for anyone who would like to refreshen their tensioner or just want to play it safe. Rebuilds will be $60 All tensioners will come with a billet cover to allow easy inspection.

Newest addition to our Throttle Body Lineup!

K-Tuned 90mm Throttle Body with K-Series IACV and Map ports. We have received many requests to add IACV and Map provisions to our 90mm throttle body and are excited to bring it to you today. This throttle body is available to run B-Series or K-Series TPS. It has the same features as our other throttle bodie like: tested to 90psi, interchangeable inlets, adjustable throttle wheel and bracket.

K-Tuned High Pressure Fittings and Hose!

These fittings and line are designed to hold high pressure, race fuel, and easily assembled. The High Pressure Fittings are easily assembled using hand tools and made to withhold 1,000psi. Replacement sleeves can be used to reuse your fittings without incurring large cost. The hose offers a Kevlar braid and Teflon liner which results in a very strong and durable line that is race fuel safe.

New K-Tuned B/D Series Thermostat Housing

Some B Series Love! New K-Tuned B/D Series Thermostat Housing. Simple upgrade to -16AN for custom coolant hose setups. The billet thermostat housing offer's a fan switch port, 1/8npt port, and ground strap.

K24 RSX Race Header now available!

K24 RSX Race Header now available! These will fit great on k24 swapped RSX, EP3, and EM2/ES1. We have taken our very popular RSX header and made some changes to now offer fitment for k20 or k24. The k20 and k24 will be separate headers that can be purchased through any of our dealers.
